How do you control color variance (ΔE standard)?

We use standardized color management across proofing and mass production:

  • Color targets: Pantone/brand swatches with signed-off lab dips or print proofs.
  • Measurement: Spectrophotometer checks by lot; ΔE2000 control target ≤2.0 for key brand colors, ≤3.0 for secondary colors (unless otherwise specified).
  • Process controls: Ink batching, viscosity control, temperature/humidity control, and fixed anilox/gravure settings by job.
  • Records & retention: Production retains and color reports kept for at least 12 months for full traceability.
If a batch exceeds the agreed ΔE threshold, we trigger deviation handling: reprint/partial rework or discount according to the agreed NCR policy.

Do you charge for samples? Is the fee refundable?

Free of charge. Courier freight collected or prepaid by buyer. Dispatch within 1-3 days.

Custom Pre-production Samples

Fee depends on complexity; deductible from bulk PO once order amount reaches the agreed threshold. Lead time: 3-7 working days after artwork/material confirmed.

How do you ensure export packaging, container loading, and drop-test compliance?

Export Packaging

Standard 5-ply cartons with moisture protection; carton strength matched to stacking height and route. Clear outer markings (PO / Item / Color / Qty / CTN#) and barcode/label as required.

Container Loading

Optimized loading plan to maximize CBM usage while maintaining safe stacking. Palletization or floor loading per destination requirements (EU/US retailer specs available).

Drop Test

Follow ISTA 1A/2A or retailer-specific standards; pre-shipment drop tests on sampled cartons. Packaging and loading SOP available -- downloadable PDF with carton sizes, stacking plan, and test checklist provided on request.

What is your warranty and after-sales policy (reprint / replacement conditions)?

Warranty Scope

Manufacturing defects -- weak seams, delamination, severe color deviation beyond agreed ΔE, wrong specs -- are covered.

Claim Window

Within 30 days of receipt. Provide photos/videos and batch labels for quick assessment.

Remedies

Reprint / replacement or credit note depending on defect severity and customer timeline.

For verified logistics damage due to our packing non-conformance, we bear corresponding responsibility. If caused by carrier mishandling, we assist with the claim using a full evidence package.

Exclusions: Improper storage, prolonged UV exposure beyond material ratings, or misuse outside intended load limits.

How is the price composed? What factors affect the final quote?

Our quotations are BOM-style and transparent. Main cost drivers:

  • Material: Substrate type (non-woven GSM, PP woven, RPET, canvas/jute/oxford), lamination film, insulation layers.
  • Printing: Number of colors, coverage, large-format plates/cylinders, special finishes (matte/gloss lamination, hot stamping).
  • Structure & workmanship: Size, gusset, handles, zippers/velcro, reinforcement, sewing complexity.
  • Quantity & batch plan: Higher volumes reduce unit cost; mixed SKUs may affect plate setup and changeovers.
